Landscape contractor partners needed

 Hello Contractors
Do you build and install
Landscapes, Hardscape, Fences, Outdoor Features?

Would you like to add raised bed vegetable & herb gardens to your list of projects you can Up-Sale?

We consult and coach homeowners on how to grow food gardens. We manage the gardens throughout the year.
This is how we make our money!
We can partner with you to sale or promote gardens as well by acting as a product knowledge specialist.

We will design the layout and have gardening systems we teach. Our “turnkey” gardens are simple to install but a bit labor intensive. They include gravel base, boarders, raised beds, and lots of soil to move.

We can source materials or give you the a materials list.

You give us a project cost for the installation and we manage the project and billing of the client. We pay with deposit & upon completion.

I have been building gardens for 9 years and I now need to expand by focusing on sales!

Our gardens are a luxury item and are marketed & priced with this in mind

If you have these, our turnkey garden installs could be a great fill-in project for your landscape businesses.

  • Access to a 2 to 3 person crew

  • Ability to work in McKinney, Plano, Frisco, Prosper, Celina areas.

  • Basic equipment for soil and gravel install and assembling raised beds.
Most client yards are accessible by wheelbarrow and materials delivered at curb. We own truck, dump & landscape trailers, but I want to hand off this activity.

  • Understanding of drip irrigation and connection to home sprinkler or water source. (Texas Irrigators license would be great!)
We have a custom vegetable drip system layout we install with every garden.

  • For best possible margins for us and you, a good understanding of the time / labor needed to move and lay down 2 to 4 yards of gravel and install boarders.
(Benda-board, timbers, pavers ect.) A good understanding of moving and installing into raised beds 2 to 5 yards of organic soils.

  • Understanding of homeowner customer service and leaving your job site clean after project! These project often lead to other outdoor projects. $$

  • We would love to have crew that has some level of insurance and experience doing installs of outdoor fixtures like pergola or landscape features, fencing as the vegetable gardens are mostly physical labor. We carry our own general liability policy as well and have COI in place for all of our commercial accounts.

We have personally build over 200 garden beds ourself since 2016, so it’s not something we don’t know how to do. Now, we want to build a relationship with a landscape partner in-order to scale our gardening business. We only do gardens, any other landscape projects are simply an opportunity for your business to independently work with the client. Many times I get asked for a reference for tree trimmers, outdoor kitchens, water features, fences ect.

As the business owner and primary sales contact I spend most of my time with garden clubs, luxury home owner events and tradeshows. This is what I do best so my growth focus is finding a landscape parter(s) with and equal desire to build their business.
I can prove a sample materials list and garden build outline if you would like to get an idea of the scope of work. I need to have consistent pricing to present to clients but am able to adjust based on season and difficult access to site. Most of our gardens have been build in 1 single day with 3 to 4 man crews and material deliverd to site.
